Legacy Emanuel Case Manager Luncheon, February 10, 2021, from 12pm-1pm (arrive at 11:45)

Purpose of Event

A win-win event...

  • Vendors/Providers have the opportunity to network with Hospital Case Managers, Social Workers, and Discharge Planning support staff.
     
  • Hospital staff is able to gather resource information over lunch.

Resource Fair Agenda

11:45am Vendors arrive with brochures to be included in the packet

12pm-1pm Event, each provider will have 5 minutes to present (providers can leave after their presentation)

1:00pm Adjorn

*Note: The luncheon may move to a virtual format depending on state guidelines for gatherings at time of event.

 

Vendors will have the opportunity to provide marketing information and network with hospital staff. Vendors will have approximately 5 minutes with the team of case managers. We encourage bringing additional goodies that you wish to share. There are not door prizes for this event.
