Purpose of Event

A win-win-win event...

• Vendors/Providers have the opportunity to network with Hospital Case Managers, Social Workers and Discharge Planning support staff.
  
  
• Hospital staff are able to gather resource information, while obtaining Continuing Education Credits.

• Proceeds from the booth fees will be used to support low income patients in need.

CEU's: 1 CEU credit have been approved by CCMC for Case Managers and this is an approved body for Oregon Social Workers
 

Resource Fair Agenda

11 - 11:30am Set-up, Vendors arrive at 11 (please do not come early)

11:30am State of the Union, by Case Management Staff

11:30am - 1:30pm Event, Vendor Fair (lunch provided for hospital staff)

Deadlines: CEU posters are due 30 days prior to event.

  *if you print your own poster or have one already, you may deduct -$75

• Community Resource table (shared table with brochures only) $10
